If you have visited other informative pages on this site you undoubtedly know the benefits of aromatherapy - and more specifically the benefits of using an aromatherapy diffuser! Many of our visitors are constantly looking for information on popular methods of diffusion and also instructions on how to use their aromatherapy diffuser. We are happy to report that we provide many pages of quality content on this topic! We are also happy to release this new page specifically on aromatherapy recipes.
Our recipes are completely free and written in amounts best used for use in an aromatherapy diffuser. What that means is that our recipes are usually essential oils blended with some type of carrier oil (base oil used to dilute pure essential oils that have not already been diluted). The market is well stocked with pre-blended aromatherapy oils that can be used in a diffuser and they are all wonderful oils. However, we believe and know that our visitors love new recipes that they can try and customize to meet their very own specific needs and preferences.
Here are a few items you should have handy in order to make the best use of our aromatherapy recipes:
~ Your favorite Essential Oils (undiluted)
~ Low Odor Carrier Oil (such as DPG, Sweet Almond Oil, Sunflower Oil, Jojoba Oil)
~ Dropper or Pipette for easy measuring
~ Aromatherapy Mixing Bottle (a glass bottle is preferred for mixing recipes and storage)
~ Aroma Crystals (optional - helps to diffuse oils and keeps them from evaporating too quickly)
So - without further ado - we present to you some great aromatherapy recipes that are easy on the wallet and fantastic every day blends.
Here are some of our best Aromatherapy Recipes for diffusers, lotions and perfume as well as a few favorite recipes for stress, relaxation and health.
